Muhlenbergia porteri--Bush Muhly forms large 3 ft tall by 3 ft.wide bunches of tangled stems and leaves. The seed heads form an airy, pink, cobweb-like mass. Blades and stems are short and fine. Blades soon fall from sheath. Bush Muhly will tolerant many soil types but does best if it has good drainage. |
