Pagoda Penstemon

    Penstemon angustifolius has sky blue flowers that encircle the stalk thus suggesting the common name "Pagoda".  The plant reaches 1 ft. in height and has blue-green foliage.  It tolerates many soil, light, and moisture regimes.
